What I did in the game: Everyone LV999 with Perfect Stats, Perfect LV99 Equipment and all their Passive Skills mastered. All 20 Quests completed. Catalog completed. All 4 Conqueror's Shield obtained.

I took a break from completing Kemco releases for a while, but decided to go back and complete Alter Age from Exe-Create. I think I've said it in the past, but in terms of Gameplay, QoL options and just pure fun, Exe-Create games are my favorite amongst all the Kemco devs. They improve the gameplay over each iteration to make the JRPG experience less and less painful to play, and always give you tons of easy way to grind to God level, and then give you lot of post-game contents to test how much you're willing to grind. And this one is no exception. Completing it was a blast. The only problem, the story. It was a very boring one this time (and very badly translated, which didnt helped). If the initial set-up of your main character wanting to punch his dad for leaving him and his mother when he was young was entertaining at first, everything else surrounding it just made no sense. The world logic, the supporting cast, almost everything was just a confusing mess. Fortunately, the post-game was great and even managed to give some spotlights to secondary characters, but it was not enough to make me care about the plot. Even the main mechanic of the game around the story, the fact that you can "alter" your "age", was never used by me, except if it was mandatory. I was fine by just keeping one party formation throughout the entire game and blasted through everything, even the LV999 Very Hard optional Boss. So, final note, get this if you want to have a quick fun JRPG leveling session, some crazy post-game contents, but not for the story. As a completion proof, I did a quick video showing the fight against the LV999 Very Hard Boss mentionned previously with my perfect party. Enjoy!
