The Smurfs: Dreams - 100% completed

What I did in the game: 100% completed.

The One Picture I have taken: File select screen.

Not one I was expecting to complete and enjoy so much! A few months ago, a new Smurfs game was released called The Smurfs: Dreams, and I would have surely never look into it if it was not for the fact that many Youtubers started talking about it positively. From what I could see, it was a 3D platformer very reminiscent of Super Mario 3D Land/World. So I said, "meh, why not", put it in the wishlist, and then waited for a discount to try if for myself. Well here we are today, and I've just received it 2 days ago:

Booted it up yesterday, and yeah, I just couldnt stop playing until full completion. It definitely is Super Mario 3D World in the world of The Smurfs, and while yeah, it will not be to the standard of Nintendo in terms of quality, it's still very great and unique experience in its own right (and not even by using "for a licensed game", really on its own). Every levels is are happening in a dream, and the theme of the game is really well played. The game is not really long, but there's a lot of diversity and unique ideas that made me smile all the way through. The game is easy enough for children, with lot of checkpoints and infinite lives, but the collect-a-thon aspect of the game made it fun for completionist (even though there's a very challenging last bonus level that I don't think children could go through easily). For real, it might not be the most groundbreaking 3D platformer ever, but if you can find it for cheap in the wild and you like 3D Platformer, I would highly recommend this game.
