With the Switch 2 pretty much being the big focus of almost everyone in the Nintendo Sphere, you would think I would stop to buy so many digital games for the Switch 1. But nope, here's 16 new titles I bought for the months of June and July 2025. There would be more if you count also those for the Switch 2, but they were covered when it released at the beginning of June. So only Switch 1 in this post.
-Revival Xanadu Easy Ver. (Like Sorcerian where I found my "right" version, I want to do the same for Xanadu, I hope this one will do)
-Kokoro Clover SUN (already posted about it, an in-between game before season 2)
-Prehistoric Gal (also posted about it. lightUp really found the perfect balance between Metroidvania and light-RPG element I feel)
-Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes (Wanted another cool puzzle-game hyrbrid)
-Felix the Cat (collection of both NES and Game Boy game. Got discounted, and wanted it before licensing would delist it)
-Fray (part of the Xak universe on PC-88/98)
-Novel Rogue (follow-up to Overrogue, one of the rare card-battling/roguelike game I've liked)
-Bad End Theater (posted about it, an awesome short and unique visual novel)
-Patapon 1+2 Replay (Collection of both PSP Classics rhythm game)
-Riviera: The Promised Land (never played all those Sting games from the GBA era, so wanted to correct that)
-Irem Collection Volume 2 (for Gun Force I & II, which was almost a template for Metal Slug later)
-Crow Country (cool looking retro-PS1 styled survival horror game)
-Hatsune Miku Logic Paint S+ (it's Picross, with Miku, but now with even MORE of it)
-Dark Deity (mixed reviews for this Fire Emblem-like indie game, but it was dirt cheap, so wanted to try)
-Virgo Versus the Zodiac (don't know why, but this indie JRPG just spoke to me in its style, so when it got deeply discounted, I bought it)
-Groove Coaster: Future Performers (I think I spoke about it enough on this blog already)
