I can't believe this is happening, but we're finally getting the start of the whole Trails Saga on Switch! Well, kind of. This is a remake of the original, but still, since Falcom have not ported the original trilogy on Switch even in Japan, this is the next best thing. Plus, it seems that there's hints that they will continue remaking the others chapters too, so if XSeed could finally bring Cold Steel I & II to the West (since they are available in Japan), we could have the ENTIRE series playable on the Switch in the future. And since XSeed finally started bringing some of their Falcom stuff in the West (Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana and soon Revelations in Celceta), we can still hope. Anyway, for now, it may goes in the backlog, I don't know. Playing the Trails series is almost like a retirement project at this point!
