Today was the start of Season 2 in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. I was ready to go get my new Mega Evolution Stone, a Delphoxite this time, to Mega Evolve Delphox. First surprise, they've lowered the Rank you need to get the stone. Instead of K or something in Season 1, it's now only S, which I've got in 4 battles. I guess they wanted to reward people without grinding too much. Better yet, you also get the Mega Stone for Greninja again if you reach Rank Y or something in this season (I'm not sure, since I got a bunch of Ranks in my first match, and don't know which one gave me the Stone), so even if you missed it in the first Season, you can still get it here. I guess this is to compensate for people who didnt grinded to K in the previous Season.
Well, that was the expected part of November 6. What I didnt expected though was a brand new Mystery Gift...A DIANCITE!!! And along with it, a brand new Side Mission (EX1) to catch our own Diancie!!! If people know my story with Pokémon, they know that for years, I've been trying to get a Diancie by myself, having missed all the distributions since X/Y. And I finally managed to get it so many years later thanks to Pokémon Go (I've talked about it a little here), completing my Live Pokédex on Pokémon Home. But it has that ugly GO icon with it, which I hate because I don't really play Pokémon Go unless it's necessary (like for Melmetal in Pokémon Let's Go at first). With this, and once Pokémon Home will be available for Legends: Z-A, I will finally be able to replace my GO Diancie for one that was caught in a Switch game. I'm so happy!
And the news don't even stop there. There was a 3 minutes video about the Mega Dimension DLC also releasing today showing tons of details. Lot more Pokémons to catch, more Mega Evolutions (not just Raichu), a cool set-up in my opinion, Pokémons breaking the LV100 cap??? And all that is now releasing next month! On December 10th! Initially, it was supposed to only get there next year, at the end of February, so I guess we'll be eating good before the end of the year. So yeah, big day for Pokémon Legends: Z-A today.
