Jitsu Squad - Game beaten

What I did in the game: Game beaten.

The One Picture I have taken: Ending screen.

Next title in my curation quest that I ended up beating. Jitsu Squad is a beat-em-up with anthropomorphic animals as playable characters. I think it went in my curation list at first because I thought the stages were too-linear, even for a beat-em-up. It felt more like you're going from arena fight to arena fight. But in the end, even with this small nitpick, this game was a blast. Your character have so many attacks, even with only one button to do all the combos. Plus everything is so over-the-top. I played as the Ninja-Bunny Girl, and I don't know if it's the same with the others, but it was almost like playing Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix, where every hit changes your costume. Every stages, even in their linearity, are packed with details, and the soundtrack is just godly. Unfortunately, once you beat the 8 stages, there's no replay value except beating the game again, but hey, old-school arcade beat-em-up were always like that, and the game is just so fun, so I don't mind having a quick playthrough here and there instead of grinding to unlock everything like in most modern beat-em-up. Really an hidden gem that I'm glad I didnt end up deleting.
